The problem with choosing a book title about being pantsless is that you’re most likely going to end up sans pants on the cover of said book, and you have nobody to blame but yourself.
I had chosen the title Has Anyone Seen My Pants? because I thought it was hilarious, but also because it represented a couple of different aspects of my life. For one, it represented the obvious: the dating aspect (hopefully, if you’re dating, your pants eventually come off). Second, though, there was a time when, at 38 years old, I found myself walking pantsless through a casino, and it had nothing at all to do with sex. It had to do with food. (You’ll have to read the book to get the full story.) But more than anything, it’s how I’ve felt for most of my 30s: like I’m looking for my “big-girl pants.”
