Officer Who Staged His Death as Murder Had Troubled Work History, Records Show

An Illinois police officer who staged his suicide to make it look as if he had been murdered had a troubled job history, including numerous suspensions, sexual harassment allegations and complaints that he intimidated an emergency dispatcher with guns, according to his personnel records.
